At a glance, the Standivarius Freedom looks like the Surface Pro’s signature keyboard. Upon holding and typing, it feels just like it. The Freedom was designed to bridge the gap between usability and ergonomics that the Surface Pro with its keyboard lacks, with a guaranteed seamless transition from the signature keyboard.

For all its conveniences, the Surface Pro isn’t known for ergonomics. You can raise the device on a stand, but you cannot use its keyboard. You can use an external keyboard, but that compromises its portability. Freedom solves the problem with a simple solution: a rechargeable built-in battery. With its battery, the Freedom can be removed from the device and will still work, allowing you to use the Surface Pro with a stand!
